Orders + Turnaround
How long will my order take?
Good things take a little time.
Most Southern Rumors & Co. items are made or prepared especially for you. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order ships or is ready for local pickup.
During new drops, holidays, or extra-busy seasons, turnaround times may vary slightly. We’re always working to get your order ready as quickly as we can without rushing the good stuff.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if something needs to be changed.
Because many of our items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
Please double-check sizes, colors, names, numbers, and customization details before submitting your order.
Pickup + Shipping
Do you offer local pickup?
We sure do.
If local pickup is available for your order, you’ll see that option at checkout. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready.
Please wait until you receive your pickup-ready message before heading our way. Nobody likes a wasted trip.
Do you ship?
Absolutely.
We ship throughout the United States. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your happy little package all the way home.
Custom Orders
Can I customize a design?
Most of the time, yes.
If a listing offers customization, follow the instructions in the product description and leave the requested details in the Notes section at checkout.
For designs requiring a photo or additional information, email those details to shopsouthernrumors@gmail.com after placing your order.
Can you make something in my favorite team colors?
You already know we love a good Game Day moment.
Many of our designs can be customized for different schools, teams, mascots, and color combinations.
Send us a message with what you have in mind. If we can make it happen and keep it looking Southern Rumors cute, we will.
Do you take custom orders?
We do when our schedule allows.
School events, teams, family designs, business requests, or something completely your own, send the idea our way.
We love a good idea, especially one with a little personality.
Sizing + Garments
Can I request a size that isn't listed?
Possibly.
Additional sizes may be available depending on the garment, color, and supplier availability.
Send us a message before ordering and we’ll be happy to check.
What brands of shirts do you use?
Depending on the design and listing, we primarily offer Gildan and Comfort Colors garments.
The garment style will be listed in the product description so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How do your shirts fit?
Most of our tees have a comfortable unisex fit unless otherwise noted.
For a relaxed boutique fit, choose your normal size. For a roomier or oversized look, consider sizing up.
Be sure to check the sizing information on each product listing because garment styles can vary.
Colors + Designs
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We try our very best to display colors accurately, but screens can be a little dramatic.
Colors may vary slightly depending on your phone, computer, lighting, garment dye, and individual screen settings.
Comfort Colors garments can also have natural variations from the garment-dye process. That perfectly lived-in look is part of their charm.
Are your designs distressed on purpose?
If a design looks vintage, faded, worn, or distressed, that is usually intentional.
A little perfectly imperfect character is kind of our thing.
Returns + Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our pieces are made to order or customized, custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an error on our part.

If we made a mistake, please reach out. We want to make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Well, that’s certainly not how we wanted your happy mail to arrive.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll help get things straightened out.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my Southern Rumors tee?
Treat her nice and she’ll love you longer.
Turn your garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Avoid bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life.
Please do not iron directly over the design.
